The squad you are sent to defend will spawn at any standard “assault” Random Encounter location in the Commonwealth, as long as it fulfills the following conditions:
- The Random Encounter is not in an urban location
- The Random Encounter allows vertibirds
- The Random Encounter allows humans
The attacking enemies can be any of the following, if the Enclave is hostile to them:
- Brotherhood of Steel
- Gunners
- Institute Synths
- Raiders
- Super Mutants
