This quest is started seamlessly at the end of Mobilization.
The outcome of this quest will set the faction leader for the rest of Act 3.
Sabotaging the Vertibird can be done in the following ways:
Swapping its IFF Module with a fault one from the Factory
Hacking its Flight Computer if the player has Hacker 1 or higher
If the player’s Perception is 4 or higher, opening the Access Panel and:
If the player has Demolition Expert 3 or higher, placing an explosive in the panel
Colonel Whitehill can be fought at the following locations:
Outside HalluciGen, Inc when first encountered
At the US Army Depot headquarters after meeting her
