  • This quest is launched if the player has not been to the Institute yet, has not built the Signal Interceptor with another faction, and they give the Signal Interceptor plans to General Russell Ward
  • The quest reuses a lot of the base Fallout 4 code for building the Signal Interceptor - however unlike the base game’s quests you can only build the Signal Interceptor at the US Army Depot workshop when siding with the Enclave
